From February 19th to 21st, the Japan International Smart Energy Week Spring Exhibition, one of Asia's most influential energy events, was held as scheduled in Tokyo. This exhibition brought together the world’s leading energy technologies and innovative products. Our company showcased its ZAM mounting system, which stood out for its excellent performance, broad application scenarios, and its ability to meet both economic and environmental needs. 关于普尔司通的车棚 About Solar Carports structure

H型钢车棚：优点在于结构强度与抗弯能力强，力学性能好，加工方便。我们选用的H型钢均为热轧钢，这种型钢的规格比较固定，体积大承重能力强。表面处理采用热镀锌，热镀锌的镀层均匀，附着力强，使用寿命长，可以全面均匀的附着在金属表面，兼具坚固耐用和外观美观的特点，因此其加工成本相对比较高。一般条件下，热镀锌层不易被腐蚀。

H-Beam Steel Carports: The advantage of H-beam steel carports lies in their strong structural strength and excellent bending resistance, with good mechanical properties and ease of processing. The H-beams we use are made from hot-rolled steel, which has fixed specifications and offers high load-bearing capacity. The surface treatment is done through hot-dip galvanizing, which ensures a uniform coating, strong adhesion, and a long service life. The galvanized layer is capable of evenly adhering to the metal surface, combining durability with aesthetic appeal. As a result, the processing cost is relatively high. Under normal conditions, the hot-dip galvanized layer is resistant to corrosion.

碳钢Y型车棚：这种车棚的主要特点是采用Y型设计的支柱，支柱数量少，安装简便，增加空间利用率，还支持斜向停车，车辆进出和车门开关更方便。0°-10°的角度可调整，适应不同的安装条件。这种设计不仅提供了良好的结构稳定性，还增加了车棚美观型。碳钢材料的选择使得车棚具有较高的强度和耐久性，能够承受较大的风荷载和雪荷载。

Carbon Steel Y Type Carport:The main feature of this carport is its Y-shaped design for the supporting columns. With fewer columns, installation is simplified, maximizing space utilization. It also supports diagonal parking, making vehicle entry, exit, and door operation more convenient. The angle can be adjusted between 0°-10°, making it adaptable to various installation conditions. This design not only provides excellent structural stability but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the carport. The use of carbon steel ensures high strength and durability, allowing the carport to withstand heavy wind and snow loads.

铝合金防水车棚：其优势在于在于只要在车棚下安装充电柜并连接到阵列的线路，即可为电动车充电。对比传统车棚，增加了防水理念，通过优化车棚顶端地内部结构，使雨水通过防水系统进行导向、收集、排放，实现结构全防水，有效地保护了车棚下方的内部环境。同时四周地导水槽采用非破坏式卡接，便于反复拆装，大大减少了现场安装的工作量。HP/SP轨道的阶梯式设计能够适应不同的环境和负载条件。另外，电池组件阵列的低点用铝型材进行防水处理，环绕收集雨水，封边美观。

Aluminum Waterproof Carport:The advantage of this carport is that by simply installing a charging cabinet beneath the carport and connecting it to the array’s wiring, it can charge electric vehicles. Compared to traditional carports, this design incorporates a waterproof concept. By optimizing the internal structure of the roof, rainwater is directed, collected, and discharged through a waterproof system, achieving complete structural waterproofing and effectively protecting the internal environment beneath the carport. The surrounding water channels use a non-destructive snap-fit design, making them easy to disassemble and reassemble, significantly reducing on-site installation work. The stepped design of the HP/SP rails adapts to different environments and load conditions. Additionally, the low points of the battery array are treated with aluminum profiles for waterproofing, surrounding and collecting rainwater while providing a neat edge finish.
