根据日本政府的计划,到2030年,光伏发电将占其总电力需求的14%至16%,这意味着日本必须在不到10年的时间内将光伏发电量翻一番。然而,日本作为较早开发光伏的国家之一,适合光伏发电的土地已被开发使用,如今可开发的地已经所剩无几。据预测未来10年,屋顶太阳能(TRS)可能取代光伏电站,成为日本的主要增长动力。

折叠板的开发重点是横截面结构,是金属屋顶的典型屋顶,其设计与大而长的屋顶、强度和经济性很好地融合在一起。折板可以直接盖在梁和主体建筑上,无需屋顶基材,缩短了工期,即使在强风地区也能表现出韧性,抗雨能力强。

Folded panels were developed with a focus on cross-sectional construction, typical of metal roofs, and their design blends well with large, long roofs, strength and economy.The folded plates can be directly covered on the beams and the main building, without the need for roof substrates, which shortens the construction period. It can show toughness even in strong wind areas and has strong rain resistance.

采用厚度0.6~1.2mm的钢板形成较大的高度。这是一种将紧框架以约3mm至7mm的间隔安装在梁上并直接固定在梁上的施工方法。根据接合方式的不同,主要有(1)接缝式、(2)搭接式、(3)插接式。

Use steel plates with a thickness of 0.6~1.2mm to form a larger height. 将附在紧框架上的紧固配件(通过焊接固定在横梁上)夹在两片金属屋面材料的端部之间,并用电动封缝机(夹紧机)将其缠绕紧固,使其防水性极佳。这是一种经济的方法,可以降低成本,因为屋顶只需重叠屋顶夹紧接缝处即可完成,并且不再需要螺栓。

这种屋顶上面有突出的部分,可以根据凸出的形状和尺寸来选用目前已开模的适合夹具,我司目前可提供的夹具如图。

这是一种将两块金属屋顶材料重叠地固定在紧框架顶部的拉紧螺栓上,然后用螺母拧紧的方法。它具有特别优异的截面强度,即使在强风地区也能表现出韧性。搭接式屋顶目前采用的主要是打自攻钉固定金具安装光伏板。具如下图:
This is a method where two pieces of metal roofing material are attached overlappingly to tension bolts on top of a tight frame and then tightened with nuts. (3)插接式  Plug-in Type

这种施工方法是将两种金属屋顶材料连接到带有吊架(固定件)的紧密框架上,并在接头上安装盖,从而没有螺栓从屋顶表面突出,屋顶看起来干净。
但这类屋顶目前国内普遍也是用L脚打孔的方案。

This construction method involves joining two metal roofing materials to a tight frame with hangers (fasteners) and installing caps over the joints so that no bolts protrude from the roof surface and the roof looks clean.

However, this type of roof is currently generally made with L-foot holes.

在屋顶打孔,虽然会加防水橡胶垫和封口胶等防漏雨措施,总还是会有风险。所以日本客户们都迫切希望能多开发屋顶上用的不打孔方案。 

When drilling holes in the roof, although measures such as waterproof rubber pads and sealants will be added to prevent leakage, there are still risks. Therefore, Japanese customers are eager to develop more non-punching solutions for roofs.
